aaargh finally, :irk: i was wondering where i had seen this post hehe
aaanyway..
I read in a local paper the other day that the obelix (spelling?) has not yet been erm is it mounted/put upright/ whaever.. and is still lying under the scaffolding (this was about 4 weeks back i think)
Who is responsible for putting it up, and what funds are responsible for that?
if i had it my way (HAH!) id say those who took it down should be MADE to put it up again, but ah well..
yo, perhaps those living outside can do something about it..?
