Many people exercise but they don't do it right.
To achieve a great cardio work out it is recomended that you work in an interval of 2:1 work rest ratio. which mean running for a minute and actively resting (walking) for half a second. This will result in a longer work out duration with a higher intensity then your noraml continous work out.
A continous work out is when you run the whole duration of the work out with out resting.
The inerval work out would be running one minutes, resting half a second or running 2 minutes and rest for a 1 minute. This way, you can increase your intensity and duration without getting tired. It will make a huge difference in your work out.
Also, If you are looking to lose weight, make sure your diet is good. Exercise by itself is not a way to loss weight, exercise will only accelerate your weight loss if you are eating right. Many people think that if they just exrcise more, it will compensate for their poor diet, that is not the case, if you don't eat right, exrcise will not help you to lose weight.
Another thing, many habesha women belive that, if they weight trian they will get big. That is not the case, it takes a lot to get big, and we women dont have the right genes, and hormones to be large. So if you happen to be one of those women who are scared of lifting a weight, please try lifitng small weight with more repetitions, It is a great way to gain strength and make your daily living easy.
good luck
